Conditions for granting
(1) Any person who received regular courses (2 year-cosmetic surgery and 1 year-cosmetic medicine) and passed a required written test.
Any person who took a diploma course (48 day- cosmetic surgery training and 24 day-cosmetic medicine training) and passed a required written test.
This clause will be temporarily applied until 2014.
Cosmetic surgery program
- An applicant can choose a class among three kinds and take it.
1) Class I: once a week: 48 days + 1 day (written test)
2) Class II: Regular training course – 7 days per week: 48 days + 1 day (written test)
Period of regular education: once a year (1) 48 days between January and February every year
3) Class III: 7 days per week: 7 weeks (48 days + 1 day (written test)
- An applicant can take all the courses irregularly, but he or she must submit a plan of the class schedule before starting the courses.
Cosmetic medicine program
1) Class I: 1 day per week: 24 days + 1 day (written test)
2) Class II: Regular training course – 7 days per week: 24 days + 1 day (written test)
Period of regular education: once a year (1) 24 days during June every year
3) Class III: 7 days per week: 3 weeks and 4 days (24 days + 1 day (written test)
-An applicant can take all the courses irregularly, but he or she must submit a plan of the class schedule before starting the courses.
