1) Members have a right to demand and to be protected by the KCCS.
2) Members have a right to participate in the educational events & give lectures and a right to receive lecture fees decided by the council or corresponding expenses.
3) Members have a right to vote in the general meeting.
4) Members have a right to observe the council meeting.
5) Members have a right to voice complaints or appeals about matters decided upon by the council.
6) Members have a right to be supported in their academic activities for honor and authority of the KCCS.
1) Members have a responsibility to pay required expenses decided by the council including the membership fee and the annual fee.
2) Members have a responsibility to attend.
3) Members have a responsibility to receive medical education continuously so that the membership will remain effective.
4) Members have a responsibility to serve and sacrifice for the KCCS's projects
5) Members have a responsibility to give priority to the KCCS over other activities on the matter of cosmetic surgery and medicine.
6) Members have a responsibility to report the changes of personal information
7) Members have a responsibility to obey the dress code
